Other fees may apply if mandated by your requesting agency. If you have a Billing Number on your ‘Request for Live Scan Service’ form, you will only pay the applicable rolling fees.

Travel Fees (Effective Feb 1, 2022)
For Notary services
A flat travel fee of $25.00 will be charged for Notary services performed in 92131 zip code.
A flat travel fee of $30.00 will be charged for Notary services performed in 92131 zip code on weekends and major holidays.
A flat travel fee of $50.00 will be charged for Notary services performed in Poway (92064), Sabre Springs (92128), Rancho Bernardo (92128), Rancho Penasquitos (92129), Carmel Mountain (92128), 4S Ranch/Camino Del Sur (92127), Escondido (92025, 92026, 92027, 92029), Mira Mesa (92126), Miramar (92145), Clairemont Mesa (92111, 92117, 92110), Kearny Mesa (92123), Tierrasanta (92124), Sorrento Valley/UTC (92121), Carmel Valley (92130), Del Mar (92014), La Jolla (92037) areas.
A flat travel fee of $60.00 will be charged for Notary services performed on weekends and major holidays.
Travel fee will be charged for failure to notarize due to signer not presenting acceptable forms of ID/documents or in situations where signer is not in a position to sign the documents.
If the wait time is 15 minutes past the appointment time, an additional $15 for every 15 minutes will be charged.
For Live Scan services
A flat travel fee of $50.00 will be charged for Live Scan services performed in Scripps Ranch (92131), Poway (92064), Sabre Springs (92128), Rancho Bernardo (92128), Rancho Penasquitos (92129), Carmel Mountain (92128), 4S Ranch/Camino Del Sur (92127), Escondido (92025, 92026, 92027, 92029), Mira Mesa (92126), Miramar (92145), Clairemont Mesa (92111, 92117, 92110), Kearny Mesa (92123), Tierrasanta (92124), Sorrento Valley/UTC (92121), Carmel Valley (92130), Del Mar (92014), La Jolla (92037) areas.
A flat travel fee of $60.00 will be charged for Live Scan services performed on weekends and major holidays.
Travel fee will be charged for failure to perform Live Scan due to applicant not presenting acceptable forms of ID.

Method of Payment
We accept all major Credit Cards, Cash, Personal check, Company check, Cashier's check, Money order payable to Scripps Ranch Mobile Notary.
Returned check due to insufficient funds will be charged $30.
